The very long 73' RV space has full 50A hook-ups, lovely views across the pond at back of the property, and enough space for 1-2 extra vehicles in addition to your RV. You also have the option to rent use of the den/living area of the Casita, that is furnished with a sleeper sofa, leather recliner, TV with Direct TV service, electric fireplace, and a sliding patio door that opens to the stamped concrete drive just across from your RV door.

The covered outdoor patio area is also your space to enjoy with its granite countertops, cabinets w/double sink, & ceiling fan. It is furnished with a patio table w/4 chairs for your outdoor dinners, 2 rocking chairs to watch the gorgeous sunsets, a barrel propane firepit, and a propane BBQ pit.

Enjoy the Southern Oaks Luxury RV Resort amenities which include a heated pool, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, dog park, catch and release fishing ponds, laundry and shower facilities, social space, and a clubhouse calendar filled with events and activities.

Note: the Owner's retain exclusive use of the separate section of the Casita closest to the road and the single parking spot immediately in front of the casita near the main roadway.
