The site has it’s own yard, with a privacy fence and hedge, assuring privacy. You will truly feel you are in a peaceful tropical oasis, yet within an easy bike ride to almost any activity you could desire. Full hookup, with 50 amp electric, sewer, water, high speed Wi Fi, and patio table included. References from prior tenants available. 3 month minimum required for 2023/2024 winter “season”. Discount available if rented for more than 3 months. Non-vicious breed dogs OK with individual approval. Plenty of room to park a car behind your RV. One additional vehicle only allowed. No smoking on premises. 1/2 of funds payable at time of signing of lease. 1/2 due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit of $500 due at time of arrival, and refundable at time of check out if no damage. Price includes total monthly charge, unlike many RV parks which add 15-20% in taxes and fees. All rental funds are non-refundable once paid, given the unlikelihood of finding a last minute replacement tenant. All funds must be paid with a cashier’s/bank check or cash.
