Note: You do not need to contact us just to make snide remarks about the monthly rent. It is the going rate for the area, which is a high cost urban area with very limited options for long-term RV rentals. Lost Lake Resort is a very nice, gated RV resort with nice amenities. The daily RV space rent in the Greater Seattle area is $50-60 per night or $900 per month for an uncovered lot in a park with no amenities (next to a noisy interstate). If you can find a cheaper spot, by all means take it. We realize RV lots are cheaper in other parts of the county, but this is the greater Seattle area with very few RV parks and this is the market rate. Please rent elsewhere if ours is not in your budget, but don’t just contact us to complain that it’s too expensive for you.

Seasonal Rental:

This is one of the nicest double RV sites in the resort. Available from Oct 1, 2021 - Mar 31, 2022 with a minimum three month lease and month-to-month thereafter. Rent is $1300/mo by direct deposit and includes everything except metered electricity and propane. Thirty day written notice is required to terminate lease after initial three months. First & last month’s rent, $500 refundable utility deposit, $75 non-refundable rental application fee. Active military or those willing to sign a six-month lease are given a discount of $100 per mo.

COA Community - Lost Lake Resort is a unique RV “airspace condominium” RV community; Lessee must adhere to the CC&Rs and Resort Rules and is responsible for payment of fines assessed for violations. Lost Lake Resort is located 15 minutes from Lacey and Olympia, 30 minutes from Tacoma, 60 minutes from Seattle.

Restrictions - there can be no more than two occupants, two pets (there are restrictions on potentially dangerous dogs), and two vehicles (car, truck, motorcycle) per site, in addition to the RV. The RV must be 28’ long, appear to be less than 15 years old, in good condition and must be registered and insured in the name of the lessee.

Site amenities - this is a double lot, with ample space for parking. Includes use of the storage cabin with a desk, sofa bed, washer & dryer, refrigerator/freezer, propane grill. The RV cover is 20’x40’ and there is a 12’x14’ attached covered patio. Includes full hook-ups (20A/30A/50A), cable TV, water, and septic.

Resort Amenities - secured entry gate, stocked fishing/paddling lake, fishing dock, beach, gym & locker rooms, swimming pool (closed for season), hot tub/spa, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, miniature golf, restrooms w/showers, and playgrounds.

Lessee is responsible for maintaining the site throughout the lease, to include raking leaves and keeping the premises neat. Tools are provided by owner. Resort staff will pick-up and dispose of bagged yard waste.
