2. RV LOT 38' Wide x 100' Deep on a year round creek. A nice swing for 2 next to the creek for those enjoyable afternoons. Amenities of the park include a covered entertainment area with large fireplace and rocking chairs overlooking small lake, mens and women's shower/restroom and laundromat. Years dues are approximately 750.00 and takes care of the yearly budget for all park systems (Water, Sewer Maintenance, Lawn Care, etc.).
