Lot 124 is located in the newer side of the resort and backs up to a very large DRA which means there are no neighbors out your back door. Our lot has extra large patio area with a lot of pavers and a totally landscaped yard with lots of flowers and shrubs. We also have a large storage shed with electricity already installed. We hold many functions in the club house (Friendship Hall) to include monthly dinners, parties, dances, and just all around fun functions. We also have a smaller clubhouse that it too has showers, baths, exercise workout area, TV viewing, game nights, etc. Our swimming pool is always heated to a comfortable temperature for your comfort. We also have an LP dispensing station for all of your propane needs. Every site in the resort has a 50 amp service with full hookups. In the Friendship Hall is also an ultra modern air conditioned laundry room with new equipment. All streets are paved and the resort fees also cover all of the maintenance of the sites (less your own plants). The resort is located just 7 miles north of Crystal River on a fresh water canal leading from Lake Rousso out to the Gulf of Mexico. This allows for fresh water and salt water fishing. There is also a paved hiking/biking trail leading out to the Gulf (3-4 miles). The area offers all of the advantages of a large city but with the small town feeling. There are weekly flee markets, and more places to eat than you can visit in a season. If you would like to rent out your new RV site you can do that too; an average monthly rent is around $500.00-600.00 per month.
