The 4,000 square ft recreation center building houses our guest registration, Fitness Center, large, flat screen television with sound system, C store with grocery, extensive line of RV supplies, gifts, ice, vape store, our famous Chicago style hot dogs and New York Polish, pool table, seating for 20, library exchange and public computer area. Rec center has a capacity of 108 persons for groups, birthday parties and weddings. Banana Bike rentals complete with helmets. All inventory, food service equipment and furnishings are included. All office equipment, computers, and 2 golf carts are also included.

Main building is equipped with a 16 camera monitoring/survelliance system and ADT alarm system. Park is complete with WiFi and cable television at each site. High visibility full color 2 sided electronic message center street sign with graphic computer to create and post text, images, pictures animations or all at the same time!. Our laundry room has 11 washers and 10 dryers, television and reading area. Poolside Mens and Womens restrooms and showers. Laundry and poolside restrooms remodeled with tile, new fixtures, new air assist toilets.

The second building is the main bath house and shop. Mens and Womens have 6 showers each. There are a total of 16 showers, 13 toilets, 11sinks available for camper use on the property. There is a complete maintenance shop. All lawn equipment, tools, shop stock and a 2005 GMC 1/2 ton pickup are included. The property has large, mature trees along with some newly planted trees. Grassy Tent sites include 20 amp pedestals for electric, cable and 4 USB ports on each tent site installed for tenter convenience.
