Our monthly rates vary depending on the proximity to the lake. They are the BEST VALUE around Grand Lake o' the Cherokee. The Mobile Home sites include: lot, water usage, sewer & trash. The RV sites include the same items and include yard maintenance. If you have a mobile home, yard maintenance is available. You will love your lake home and may add to your personal comfort by building decks, carports and storage sheds or planting a flower garden. Grand View Village has Indoor Storage for boats, jet ski's, RV's & Golf Carts. Also outdoor storage. We have available just a couple covered boat slips that measure 10'x28' with electricity . The RV Sites and the Boat Slips rent with 6-12 month lease agreements. Storage is on a month to month basis as needed. Grove is only 6 miles from our community. We are located along the shoreline and Highway 10 on the southwest corner of the Cowskin Bridge. Town offers a modern hospital, dialysis center, library, movie theater, many dining places, shopping, golf, family owned meat market and many other businesses. We are easily accessible from Joplin, Tulsa, southeast Kansas, NW Arkansas.
