I purchased this RV in 2024 to provide comfortable housing for a friend, so it has remained stored under cover during my ownership rather than being used for travel. It has been a clean, smoke-free, pet-free environment, and all appliances and slide-outs are fully functional.

Like any well-maintained 14-year-old RV, there are a few minor cosmetic items:
A few cabinet areas have light cosmetic wear.
One small section of interior trim/molding could use being reattached.
Exterior could use a wash from dust while being stored.
None of these items affect the functionality of the RV.

The original dining furniture has been replaced with updated furnishings, giving the interior a more open feel. The bedroom entertainment cabinet has also been modified to accommodate a larger TV and create a more spacious bedroom layout.
