This a 2020 vehicle. So newer RV. It has higher mileage but has been expertly fleet, maintained. These Units are Work Horses and are meant to be used. They were checked out after every rental. After 3,4,5 years as rentals they are retired, refurbished, and put up for sale. Every system (AC, Heat, Plumbing, Generator, Propane, Roof, Holding Tanks, Engine, Transmission, Brakes and Tires) has been checked out and tuned up or replaced before they are put up for sale. They are re-painted in our Body Shop. Some people can’t tell they are used. Many of the lower mileage RV’s have been sitting for years in the driveway for 51 weeks a year. Nothing worse for a vehicle than sitting idle as hoses and parts become weak.
