It has had no issues or leaks and there have been no pets and it has not been smoked in. This trailer comes fully loaded with heated electric fireplace and theater seating that has both massage and heat capabilities. The air conditioning is ducted and there is a tankless water heater. Grand Design also just announced that effective immediately, our one-year base warranty, 3-year structural warranty and new 5-year frame warranty are all transferable to subsequent owners during the warranty period based on the original purchase date. These warranties will continue to be honored retroactively from the date of the original purchase beginning with model year 2020.
