Everything in great working condition.
Replaced the sofa bed with a very comfortable futon with included under bed storage
Replaced the seats with new power reclining/power headrest movie theater seating.

Has a washer/dryer hookup in the closet
Blue lighting for relaxing in the evening

Tires are in good shape (1 is new after a blow out last summer)
Fenders were replaced due to damage from blow out.

Scratch on the side of the camper
1 Jack is bent after hitting a boulder but still works well and lifts the camper

This was a great home away from home on our 2 month trip across the country from Phoenix to Vermont and back. We loved traveling in it, but want to travel internationally for a while and need the money. Will buy another Grand Design later when we want another camper!
