Description

My wife and I have had this Winnebago for 2 years, snow birding in Florida. We love the RV but do not need the mobility of a Class A. We purchased a residential style RV that will most likely never move from its lot in Bonita Springs, FL.

If you find something broken or not in working order in your first 2 weeks of ownership, I will pay to have it fixed. Unless of course, you caused the damage. I am very confident you will find everything in working and well maintained order. I drove the RV from SW Florida to NE Tennessee on 4/28/24. Great trip, 19 hours, not a single problem.

The RV is 10 years old but in very good to excellent condition. In preparing the RV for sale, I have replaced the 2019 set, with a new complete set of batteries (2 deep cycle lead acid & 1 automotive starting) and completed the 50 hour maintenance on the Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 Generator (39 hours).

You will be the 3rd owner. The original owner upgraded many options including adding a stacked washer and dryer in one closet in the bedroom. The king size master bed has a 2 sided, adjustable, air pressure mattress; Also has cruise control, heated and adjustable side mirrors, comfort ride seats for the driver & passenger, new wipers, electric windshield shades.

Setting up at your RV site is very easy with automatic leveling. You literally just push a couple buttons to activate the 4 legs up and down. The 3 slide-outs and awning are motorized, controlled at the utility touchpad in the hall by the master bedroom door. No cranking anything.

The tires are 2 1/2 years old with only 4000 miles on them. Tires usually time out from dry rot in 7 years before the mileage wears them down. I purchased new tires when I bought the RV in the 2021/2022 season. While having the tires replaced by Camping World, I asked they do a thorough inspection inside & out, with specific instructions to be very critical of the roof structure. Upon inspecting the RV when I bought it, I found a couple dried stains from water leaks. Camping World found the shower drain had become disconnected causing water to be seen leaking from the exterior. There is some surface rust in a couple of the storage compartments. Camping World also patched the roof to freshen up the OEM sealed locations.

All the pictures were taken in April, 2024.

All of the plumbing hookups, electrical cords/adapters, safety kits and anything else needed for basic site set up are included.
