This is a two owner 50 amp rig that I purchased in May 2021. Both owners stored it in fully enclosed (and heated) barns. RV decals, roof and tires are in excellent shape due to limited exposure to UV light. I intended to keep this rig much longer but health issues now prevent me from using it.

During the three years I've owned it I made numerous upgrades and repairs, including:
-Installed 4 new self adjusting brakes, all new tires and repacked all bearings.
-Installed new water pump and new water shut-off valve in toilet.
-Installed 2 exterior sewer hose carriers behind rear axle. (To keep odors out of pass through storage.)
-Replaced old mattress with the best RV King I could find (check the link):

-Replaced 2 recliners with new lighter RV recliners that are easier to move for closing slides.
-Replaced soft floor in bedroom slide out and resealed.
-Filled all undercarriage gaps and holes with expanda foam (to keep out bugs and rodents).

This Montana Hickory rig includes: Beautiful wood cabinets throughout, earth tone decorative color pallette, Two A/C units (living and bed rooms), 35k BTU furnace, electric fireplace heater, 12 gallon water heater, ceiling fan in living room, NORCOLD 8 cu. ft. RV fridge, Two 30 lb. propane tanks. 3 burner cook top and oven, large LG microwave, dual kitchen sink, single bedroom sink, enclosed porcelain toilet, shower, 2 TVs, central vacuum hose and attachments, laundry hamper under top bedroom stair, 16' exterior awning (operates by interior switch).

This floor plan is similar to another 5th wheel we previously owned. We looked specifically for this floor plan because we like it very much. The main difference is added length for this rig, which allows an RV King mattress to fit.

Other free items included: extra 50 amp electrical extension cord, 30 amp adapter, multiple sewer and water hoses, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, holding tank and tank valve chemicals, assorted cooking, eating and drinking dishware, egyptian cotton sheets for king mattress (2 sets), woven bamboo outdoor carpet, Plus a mobile satellite TV antenna on roof (we have not used and don't know if it works).

A three year old Reese 16k fifth wheel hitch is available for an extra $350, if desired.
