Heading outside enjoy your 32" TV under a full size electric awning. There is lots of storage for and an outdoor shower. It has a Ford F Series Tricon V10 engine, a length of 36.9 feet, a 5.5 KW (5500 Watts) on board generator customized with an "over the roof" exhaust stack ($1,000 value). Also, for safety, there are front wheel Tyron Multi Bands ($2,500 value). A car dolly is available & can be negotiated but you will have to travel two hours north to pick it up.
It has not seen snow or smoking and has been stored at interior heated facility. No kids, one owner, a retired couple.
