We have a 2004 Alpenlite camper fifth-wheel for sale in Dennison, MN (about 45 minutes south from the Twin Cities). My husband and I bought it together in 2019 in NM as our first home and it's been in many different places with us. Recently it made the trip up to MN with us and is currently living on a family farm.
It's 32ft long with 2 slide outs - one in the kitchen/living area and the other in the bedroom. The kitchen is at the back with the living area in the middle and the bedroom and bathroom at the front. It's been under remodel for a few years. We've replaced the refrigerator, water heater, flooring, some light fixtures, the shower fixtures, and kitchen sink fixtures. We've also pulled out some storage areas to make the bedroom bigger/lighter. Some things still need to be fixed: the furnace, painting inside (specifically the bathroom), the vent cover in the bathroom, and the molding for the floors.
The areas that have the most storage are the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Please note that this fifth-wheel was used as a home and had animals living in it. We did our best to create a homey feel and make it as comfortable as possible while still keeping the necessary items.
The outside is in great shape. It does need a new paint job, but other than that it's in good shape. We put new tires on before we drove up here, and had it checked out with our local RV mechanic. Everything will come along with the camper, including blue hoses, jacks, an extra sewer tank, propane tanks, and much more.
In the pictures, the bedroom slide is closed because of a tree just outside. With the slide completely in, it takes up the whole room, but with it out there's a good 4 feet of space between the wall and the edge of the bed. As you can see, it's being used for some storage at the moment!
