This Grand Design Solitude ST369RL is the 27th 5th wheel built by Grand Design under the fledgling company’s tight QC. It is currently vacationing in the FL Keys and in good condition. It has been well maintained and cared for during our ownership.
This spacious “Grand Dame” features many amenities, which include:
Kitchen: 7’ Island with double sink and storage, huge pantry, additional countertop with storage above and below, 4 door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, expandable table, which fits 2 - 4 persons comfortably.
Living Room: Flat screen TV w/built in desk. Below is a fireplace/heater for cozy evenings. LR seats 5 persons. There is 1 couch (3 reclining seats) and 1 stadium loveseat (2 reclining seats) with center console. Open space in LR can accommodate an inflatable Queen size bed for guests.
Bedroom: King size bed w/under bed storage; 2 large closets; washer/drier setup, large double dresser and Flat screen TV.
Bathroom: large walk-in shower; decorative sink w/storage below; large medicine cabinet; large linen closet.
There are 2 outside storage compartments, which can hold all of your gear. We’ve added disc brakes, wet bolts and shackles. The tires are Goodyear G614, which are less than 1 year old, also new rims.
Upgraded to two 30 lb LP tanks, with one additional 20 lb. LP tank.
This 5th wheel is currently located in Marathon Key, FL until 3/31/23, then in Fort Meyers, FL until 4/5/23, then Peachtree City, GA until 4/11/23, then to Toms River, NJ.
