I used it to live and work in this 5th wheel while my house was being built. It was perfect and I could have probably lived in it for years. THREE High Performance air conditioners, heat pump on main air conditioner, 4 slide outs, self-leveling. If you want it, I am sure it is included.
Outside you have a 105 inch storgage tray. You have numerous storage compartments, 2 large proprane tanks, a hook up for a generator. Room for extra batteries, a place to hook up another TV, great TV antenna. Outdoor shower. I even have wheel covers.
