This RV has been good to us but we have downsized to better meet our needs. We are the second owners and lived in it full-time the first year we got it in 2016. We drove it to Seattle and back in 2018 and have part-time roamed the Southeast since. It’s been garage kept when not on the road for the past 5 years.

The main awning is manual operation and still looks fairly new. The roof has no leaks.

It has a satellite system and surround sound we have never used. It also has washer/dryer hook ups that have been plugged to allow for added storage. It is tow capable rated at 5,000 but, again, we have never pulled with it.

Over the years, we have fixed what was broke as well as what we didn't want to go out while on the road:

We pulled out the convertable sofa and the dining table and put in two swivel recliners that go with the rig. The dining area is currently available for customization (aka, unfurnished) .

No 20-year old RV is perfect, but she got us coast to coast a few years ago and was a godsend after Hurricane Sally took out water and electric for a week. Asking $25,5000, as is. No trades.
