The Good:
Beth is fully outfitted with everything you need to full-time in an RV. Engine replaced in 2022. Beautiful inside and out.

• New engine and brake calipers
• Newer tires
• New battery
• Outfitted with backup cam and signal booster for full-timers. Side cams will come with the vehicle. They work with the backup cam monitor, I just never got around to installing them.
• Upgraded Kenwood entertainment and GPS in dash
• Interior remodel with newer counters, light fixtures, wallpapering, and storage.
• Newer appliances (microwave, gas range, oven, refrigerator)
• Cold AC with remote
• Sides sealed with weatherproof silicone 2021
• Gas engine and Cummins generator
• New (never used) tank maintenance supplies, power cords, and adaptors.

• Small leak in upper cab. No mold detected.
• Smoke alarms need to be installed.
• Front slide motor isn't working. Could be as simple as a blown fuse, but may need replaced.
• Tail turn and backup signal lights driver side need replaced.
• Tank level indicator panel needs repaired
• House batteries might be dead and in need of replacement.

• Vehicle has been sitting for a year. Needs TLC.
• Vehicle is out of propane.
• Minor cosmetic issues: paint scratched on the bathroom door, driver side seatbelt cover missing, power window control panel is loose but still works, Headlight knob is loose and falls off, but still works, leather seats are ripped in places, cracks in bumper.

• Roof rerolled and resealed (February 16, 2022)
• Engine replaced at 197884 miles (Jaunuary 14, 2022)
• New brake calipers installed (January 14, 2022)
• House batteries replaced (January 14, 2022)
