57,000 miles
We love this van, but need to expand. This vehicle has been taken care of. Weathertech mats from the start, regular oil changes and new set of brakes. Zero issues with the van itself, but small fixes would get it back to like new condition. Under $3k to fix all, but currently listed $10-15k below it’s value/other comps.
I’d rather save myself, and anyone who’s interested, the time up front so here are all current maintenance issues…

-small bathroom fan needs service
-AC until fully operable, but minor ding/scratch (totally out of sight) on top
-awning operable, but needs assistance due to small dent on top ($1000ish brand new)
-MaxxAir Maxfan works fine, but since day 1 (and after several dealer visits) rattles more than I think is acceptable when going 70+mph. $350 brand new replacement if picky like me, but not necessary.
-running board and ladder rack/holder on the back are more oxidized than I like. Painted 1x with black rust oleum but may need more attention.
-New tires, but I will say these BF Goodrich were solid for 50k in all road/off-road conditions so that’s what I’d go with.

That’s literally everything that could use some attention, all else in good condition!
