43' 2018 Heartland Big Country 3850 MB being sold due to wife having stroke/seizures.
It has 4 Slides and has never been on the open road, other to move it from Charleston to Effingham, SC. It was bought new and set up in an RV Park then put into storage. It is currently sitting in our backyard not being used. Non-smoker.
This RV sleeps 8, has a midbunk, loft king bed, and King bed in master. Power awning with LED light strip, awning covers over all slides, outdoor speakers with solar package. 6 point Hydraulic leveling system, heated and enclosed underbelly, outside shower, 2 AC units, and washer/dryer connections. Stainless appliances with residential fridge, three burner range with oven, convection microwave, electric fireplace, 2 TVs, and a DVD player. Included is a transferable Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection with Roadside Assistance also good through April 2025.
Extra accessories included are: MORryde folding 4-step RV steps, Progressive Industries EMS-PT50X Portable RV Surge Protector, extra power cord, extra water and sewer hoses, extra 50 amp to 30 amp plug, 2 extra propane tanks, and a King Tailgater Pro Satellite with 2 receivers.
Only issue we have is the loveseat in the living room is starting to peel off the "faux" leather. I'm sure placing a throw over it or maybe buying a fitted cover for it would work just fine.
