We have traveled in this for a year and love it - getting out of full time of RVing to go buy a homestead and grow our own food. Delivery negotiable, we have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee set up to tow that could be sold with the RV. Basically this RV is ready to go for a luxurious on-the-road life or just weekends away. We picked this floorplan becuase it really allows privacy for us and our son with the separation of the master bath in between our bedrooms - it makes it so much better for full time travel and really allowed us to have the full use of the house at night while our young son was sleeping. Alternately, the bunk room is set up to convert to a walk in closet - the top bunk folds away and there is a large closet rail above it (plus the two mini closets and lots of drawers and other compartments in that bunkroom space). We have the title in hand so no bank loan to pay off on our side.
