We purchased from original owners 2 years ago. THIS UNIT HAS ALWAYS BEEN STORED INDOORS!! This is why i purchased this specific model. We used less then a week total, we are not campers. Very nice everything works laminated exterior, all aluminum construction. A/c, 2 tvs, solid surface counter tops, power leveling jacks, nice shower, stereo, accent leds, outside kitchen, outside shower. this video is what sold us on rockwood and this model:

everything works. Non smoker, no pets. comes with all accessories including weight distro hitch. 2 full 30lb propane cyls. pulled with a 1/2 ton truck.
