Great condition and great memories with our family of 4 and 2 dogs :) We are non smokers and interior has plenty of space for anything you want to bring along. Great for boondocking! We bring along SUP boards, kayaks, biking, fishing equipment. There is a private bathroom and the kids love the bunks. Very light sun impairement with picture shown of area involved.
