Ordered this coach in 2018 and personally selected all options. Have loved it with several winter trips to FL, and couple to western US. Recently retired with home in FL so ready to hang up RV keys but will miss it a lot. The Essex is a classy premier coach. Looks grad outside and inside. Heated tile floors, leather front seats with full electric operation incl message feature. Cockpit with glass display along with separate screens for GPS/Music, and rear-view cameragreat for knowing when safe to switch lanes on highway. 605 hp cummins pleanty of power even wih tow vehicle. Easily maintains top cruise control at 75 mph and handles all hills well. Controls at drivers seat for air suspension system, transmission, air brakes with 3 settings, and Newmar Comfort steering control.can turn wheel with 1 finger. Leather facing couches with footrests. Pop up living room TV as well as front mount TV. Dual DirectV sat systems for in-motion and HD. Kitchen with full size domestic refer, convection oven, and great inductive stove top, easily movable to out side to avoid inside odors. Lots of storage space throughout with maple-glazed cabinetry. King bed with 12" matress and another TV in bedroom. We selected this model for it's 1 and 1/2 baths, and oversized glass shower. Also dual raised vanity sinks. Full size washer/dryer. Outside has 2 pass-through slide trays, 1 electric. Another houses a freezerbut we used as our wine cellar. And 1 more is a half bay but large. Full powers awnings with auto wind retractor. Outside TV is great. Cummins 12.5K generator in front slide out compartmentpowers entire coach, and then some. Surround security cameras as well as birds-eye view while drivinga great driver assistance. Inside has 2 contraol panels in front and in bedroom displaying all systems of the coach with ability for remote wifi connection as well to adjust things like temp settings, floor heat, electric window shades (day and night shades), and main tank levels. Oasis heating and HWH system as good as your home systems. We love this coach and look forward to the next proud owner experiencing that same love. Coach has had all annual Cummins maintenance servicing. Also taken to Newmar for full-coach/chassis care service in 2020 ($7,000 service). No smoking/No pets/no children!!!
