I bought this camper back in 2018 brand new from Dixie RV in Louisiana. It provided me many good memories sitting by lakes, mountains and even the ocean in South Carolina during that summer and subsequent fall.

I had planned to live / work remotely in it for the foreseeable future as it had always been a dream of mine, but something came up and I had to return home to help manage my father's architectural firm.

It is a great travel trailer with all the amenities you could want, plus a few upgrades: additional under body sewer hose storage chutes and a washer / drier combo. I am also including everything I bought for it such as: water hose, water filters, Dish Satelite, extra battery up front.

A few key points to mention. It has some rust on some of the metal frame as it has sat at a covered storage area since 2018 (I have had to work endlessly since then)(see photos). The Dometic fridge also most likely needs to be replaced. Long story short, we left some food in the freezer on a trip, it went bad and althougth, it has been cleaned thorughly many times, it still will smell some when turned on. Be warned you will need a 3/4 ton truck to tow it. I don't know the specs on the newer model Tundras and what not, but back then, I had to buy a Ram 2500 to tow it. Also, the bottom of the front level is slightly bent on the front lip (see photo).
