Our family lived in this fifth wheel for about five months while we were looking for a permanent home in Naples, FL. Now that we've found one, we no longer need our RV. We had a great time living in it and are thankful to be able to sell it to someone else to enjoy!

• The great room includes 2 slides and was spacious enough for all of our family to enjoy each other at the same time. It boasts a central island with a single basin, undermount farm house sink.
• We were thankful for how easy the tri-fold couch was to clean, and it converts into a bed for more sleep space. A point to note: the living room window above the couch was replaced with a factory window. No leakage or mold noted while we lived in the RV.
• A cozy electric fireplace was wonderful to sit next to while drinking smoothies or on colder nights.
• The dining table seats 4, and there is storage under the chair pads. We loved all the light that came in through the windows.
• We couldn't have made it as a family without ample kitchen storage! There's a double pantry and a large double-bay gas/electric fridge and freezer.
• As you go through the kitchen you'll slide a farm door open and find yourself in the bunk room! This fun area was a lifesaver and includes space for 3 to sleep. There's two bunks in the loft and one flip down bunk.
• Flip down bunk. There was originally a couch here which we removed and put in the living room. This would be a lovely space for your home office, some comfy chairs, or even a homeschool table.
• The bunk room bath was a lifesaver, too! It includes a sunken tub/shower combo - so handy!!
• A spacious bathroom includes a shower with sliding glass doors. Both bathrooms have recently been deep-cleaned.
• Splendide brand washer and dryer. We are so thankful to have had these while living in the RV! The washer fit a good-sized load. No problems with leaks.
• While the vented dryer does take a little more time than what you might be used to, it works great! Lots of closet space for clothes.
• Other features: Juice pack solar panel, ducted air conditioning and gas furnace, and auto-leveling jacks.

Updates/changes from original configuration:

• Removed outdoor kitchen fridge
• Removed theater seating in living room
• Removed TV
• All tires just replaced with brand new tires

Overall, it's in excellent condition with minor damage like scuff marks and a slightly dented fender on the non-entry side.
