The nice things we find about this travel trailer is that the "living room" is very spacious making TV watching comfortable, even if a meal is being prepared in the kitchen. The bathroom is enormous by RV standards. The shower height is excellent and the side to side room is one of the best we've found. There is a ton of floor space in the bathroom making it an nice dressing room and place to get ready, so we've used the bathroom cabinet as our clothes closet and the wardrobes in the bedroom for other storage.

Trailer has been stored under cover since purchase.

Exterior extras include:

• Welded platform above propane tanks on tongue. A place for a storage bin, satellite dish, etc. Platform flips up out of the way for access to propane tanks.
• Upgraded frame welded hitch on back for hauling heavy bicycles, generator, etc.
• Storage tube mounted under trailer for convenient, out of the way sewer hose storage.
• Jack motor on trailer tonge has been rotated 90' so that most pickup tailgates can be fully opened while trailer is attached. If this modification has not been made, the tailgate on the truck with not open fully because the motor is in the way.
• Exterior rearview camera with monitor
• Load leveling anti-sway hitch with noise dampening cushions included
• 2 Scissor wheel chocks included

• Bed platform modified and mattress upgraded from standard queen to comfortable 8" memory foam KING BED.
• Swivel and telescoping tables have been installed for the two end reclining sofa chairs. These tables are very versatile. They work perfect for meal times as well as a spot for your laptop. Can be swiveled out of the way and work as end tables at TV time. In addition, they can easily be removed and stored.
• Shelves added next to couch for convenient, easy access storage.
• Shelves installed over kitchen sink for small, every day items to free up counter space
• Aimable reading lights installed over bed.
• Cabinet door on the cabinet immediately inside the door on the right has been removed and a shelf installed to allow for easy shoe storage. (We still have the cabinet door if you'd rather turn it back into a closed cupboard.)
