This unit is in GREAT (like new) condition. Everything works perfectly. We've taken great care of this rig because we love her. We rarely cooked in here and only used it for short trips to the beach or state camp sites (it fits everywhere!). It's super nice and easy to drive. It's been kept in a very nice (overpriced) climate-controlled indoor storage facility. We made the following upgrades to it: (1) installed a brand new Apple Car Play touch screen system 6 months ago, (2) a seatbelt-style safety net for the overhead bunk (bc we have small kids and we were worried about them rolling off and falling out), and (3) mounted a new 32-in TV with blue-ray player in back area for the back bed. We love this motorhome and are so bummed to sell it. The ONLY reason we are selling it is because we finally got tired of paying $400/month for storage/parking (our HOA doesn't let us park it at our house). If we could park it at our house, we definitely wouldn't be selling it. We are a family of 5 and travel/sleep super comfortably in this rig. It has never been a rental. Hope you will love it as much as we have.
