Engine/Chassis
Low miles at 29,600 miles, Triton V10 engine with 362 HP with 457 lbs of torque. During our 2 month 5000 mile trip, we averaged 7.8 mpg. The torque shift 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the engine runs strong (tow 5000 lbs, includes brake controller). Sitting at 38 ft 4 inches long, 12.25 ft high, and 8.42 ft wide on the reliable Ford F53 chassis, expect a smooth ride. The 75 gallon gas tank gives you plenty of capacity for 600+ mile trips before needing to refuel.

Water/Tanks
The grey and black water tanks are 41 gallons and fresh water tanks total 75 gallons (65 gallons fresh water tank, 10 gallons water heater tank).

Propane
The 23 gallon propane tank fuels the dual 35k furnaces (independently controlled zones), the fridge (also can run on electric), water heater (electric heater element runs in tandem for fast water heat recovery), and the stainless steel oven (burners and oven itself). The water heater is an oversized 10g tank providing 66% more shower time than a standard 6g tanks.

Convenience
The 3 slide outs offer plenty of room inside of the RV protected by awnings over each slide. A large powered 12+ ft awning (new in 2020) provides a comfortable amount of shade on hot days. The outside shower keeps the rv clean by rinsing off sand and other particles from playing outside. The automatic hydraulic leveling jacks (retract and extend) ensure a comfortable and level experience while on your adventures. The three fantastic fans move air easily in the kitchen, bunk bed, and bathroom areas. The vent covers on the roof allow you to keep the vents open while cruising down the road.

Sleeping capacity
According to Forest River, this rv has a max sleeping capacity of 8 (I count 7 comfortably). It has 2 bunk beds (in their own room!!!), 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two convertible/sofa beds (dinette and a full size bed “hide-a-bed” sofa). The hide-a-bed sofa comes with aftermarket slats that provide a firm sleeping experience. The hide-a-bed and master bedroom both have new mattresses (2022 and 2021). Both the master bedroom and the bunk bed room have traditional doors on piano hinges (hinge goes from the top to the bottom of the door) and is very strong.

Electronics
Three TVs are included in this floor plan. The main 32” TV in the living room was upgraded in 2022 to a 1080p. The bunk bedroom and master bedroom have 19” TVs in them. The upgraded 5.5 Onan generator powers everything easily.
