Purchased new in April 2022. The mileage is due to it being manufactured in Forest City,IA. Then purchased by a dealer in Arizona. I then flew out and drove it back to Iowa. Used only 6 times. My father passed away a few weeks ago. No longer need the AE options. Nonsmoking, no pets. Spent time in Winnabago factory shop, addressing \'new\' bugs that have been resolved. Winterized last month. No exterior damage. Interior is immaculate. Literally a new coach.
