Rv is in the right shape for its age. Minor cosmetic blemishes consistent with age. Everything works as it should except that the leveling jacks never seemed to work right, so I just unplugged it and never used them. Also, the water heater only works on gas. The cover on the outdoor shower cracked and I took it off because it wouldn't close anymore. Beyond that, it's in great shape. Tree branch fell through roof so I got a new roof with a lifetime warranty which is much better than the manufacturer's roof. It had that terribly cheap vinyl on the seats so I had them redone with really good material. All except the captain's chairs which would have been too expensive to do, so I put good, durable covers on them. Outdoor speakers are new. Generator has a new carburetor and runs well. I changed the engine and generator oil every 5000 miles. Batteries are all new. Canopy replaced and is only a few years old. Tires have all been replaced with better quality tires than the originals. Black tank chemicals spilled down wall which left a stain on the bathroom wall. All in all, it's in good shape. I've priced it a bit below "low retail" for what JD Power says is the value to compensate for the few things that need to be done. I tried to get the pictures to show an accurate description of any blemishes.
