Description

This 2004 Rialta QD is a great example of economy, efficiency, and utility! The specifications state it sleeps 4, transports 8.
This is a sentimental sale as it was purchased to take my father from Colorado to Maine "one last time". Sadly, his condition deepened too quickly for him to safely make the journey. Purchased November 2016 from Pop Top Heaven in Yucaipa, California, and delivered March 2017 to the Denver Metro Area after their specialty restoration/refurbishment process. (It was Unit 564.) These units - freshly restored/refurbished - run in the $50,000+/- range.

  • 3rd owner, acquiring w/ 33,083 miles
  • Backup camera
  • Transmission cooler
  • Carries 8
  • Sleeps 4 (more, if you're charming!)
  • 3-way fridge
  • Microwave
  • Cook top
  • Sink
  • Facilities (shower, toilet, basin)
  • Captain's chairs
  • Pull out dining table
  • Leather upholstery
  • Retractable awning
  • Tons of clever and ample storage
  • VCR and DVD (analog TV and antenna) - I would pack my digital TV when traveling.
  • and unlimited awesomeness!
The Rialta drives like a minivan. It turns tightly because it's built on a VW Eurovan (T4) chassis. I have turning radius video I can share.

I've averaged 15-19 mpg mostly, w/ the lower end being on hilly terrain/higher speed (>65 mph) and the higher end going between 55-65 mph in normal weather and terrain.
Mechanically, it's in great shape (no codes). It does get driven, but not enough to justify keeping it. The engine has not given me any trouble, oil was changed at 35,989 in 9/2020. However, it's only been driven about 4,300 miles since I've owned it. It features:
  • Shore connection
  • "Cousin Eddie" sewer hose
  • Onan generator
  • Marine batteries (w/ storage disconnection switch)
  • Main battery replaced early 2022 due to bitterly cold weather/underuse.
I am also including:
  • Cover
  • A spare set of bearings
  • A-pillar spares (right side is a known problem) 3 right, 1 left
  • A spare set of door cards (driver and passenger)
  • A spare set of air springs
  • Scan Guage II to monitor systems
Disclosures:
  • Onan generator tough to start/surges (likely underuse related).
