Great travel trailer for a couple or small family
Layout is perfect

Comes with Brand New Queen Size mattress

Hot water works fantastically

Brand new thermostat and AC is ICE cold during the summer time
Heat is HOT during the winter and will throw in an additional space heater if you wanna run that instead because you will start sweating from the furnace lol

Updated flat screen TV with swivel mount and remote

Propane gas for cooking
Electric fridge and freezer work great
Extra storage underneath bed

Will sleep 4 2 on Queen bed, 1 on slide pull out couch and 1 on coffee table conversion

Will throw in toaster oven if you need it but comes with microwave and convection oven combo unit built in

Includes e2 round bar stabilizer bar and tow hitch game changer when it comes to towing
I will also throw in canopy color changing led cafe style lights, tow hitch lock, and stabilizer jack tools

Propane tanks are brand new and so are the lines with built in gauges so you can see how full the tanks are.

Electric Jack (game changer) with built in LED light and cover to protect it

Updated New, bigger battery

1 thing it needs is a new kitchen faucet but can give you contacts to repair man to put a new one in if need be

Great for vacation or living cheap full time on a budget.
