This travel travel trailer was minimally utilized, well maintained by Camping World, stored with a roof overhead, and enjoyed greatly when it was used (approximately 7 times over three summers). The twin axcel overall 22.5' length is towed easily by my GMC Sierra 1500 4x4. The unit has a power tounge and power stabilizers, which should not be confused as leveling jacks. Twin 20 lb propaine tanks, 13,500 BTU AC and 30,000 BTU Heat. Great refridgerator, stove and microwave. 12 foor awning and more. 40 gallon grey tank, 40 gallon black tank, 45 gallon fresh water, 6 gallon water heater. Wired and prepped for satelite, great storage. Furion Backup camera, extra grey water tote and new boxed cover. Comes with bumper bike rack for two and spare tire. The unit recently had a full round of maintenance including roof cleaning/treatment/service, wheel bearing & brake service. Battery was replaced this year. During ownership, repairs that have been performed include: awning caps replaced, shower skylite replaced, battery replaced. The travel trailer has been winterized for the season but can be shown. Storage is available through April 1st, 2023 at $165 dollars a month.
