Kitchen sink and faucet original to trailer.
Original 3 way fridge but we have not been able to get the gas to stay lit. We use it with electrical hook ups.
Stained and sealed wood countertops
Cabinets have been painted a sage green and sealed using exterior paint and poly
Dining table has been decoupaged using PNW maps
Dinette benches offer interior storage, cabinet and drawer storage, and large exterior storage area under King bunk, with interior access door
Entry cabinet has been made into a shoe cubby
Second, tiny entry cabinet has been converted for dog bowl (because we kicked the water bowl 14 times a day)
Curtains are white, blackout curtains / Bunk end curtains are original, green with netting
Flooring is self-adhesive vinyl in a mid-tone wood finish. Small section of lifting, easily repaired
Entry step has a carpet tile on it to wipe feet (new carpet tiles for easy replacement as needed)
Cushions are original and have been covered in a high end, warm tan, polyurethane using staples. Could easily be removed and recovered
Water heater/furnace/fire extinguisher/carbon monoxide alarm
Outdoor gas stove attaches to trailer frame and quick-connects to main propane tank
Outdoor shower nozzle
Original canvas is in great condition with some top staining from pollen and sap - no holes or tears. Original awning has some sap stains, etc., but no holes or tears
Possible small water leak from underbelly, plastic water line needs replacing
Roof is original one piece, ABS with some repairs / some hairline cracks / No leaks - roof has never leaked but has been stored under cover. We have camped in the rain with no issues.
Left and right rear quarter panels have some old damage.
Left has been repaired prior to us purchasing, right is separated from side panel and is currently in need of a new, permanent repair.
Trailer has always been kept in a garage when not in use. Family trailer since 2003!
