This rig is a beauty! It is only slightly used. I lived in it alone for six months and it has only moved from Austin to Houston one time. Everything works! It's self-leveling and easy to check all your tank levels with an electric panel inside. Three of the mattresses have never even been slept on. The king mattress has always been bad and I would recommend a replacement anyway! I had stackable washer and dryers installed by the dealer when I bought it. The kitchen is in great shape because I don't cook and two of the TVs were never used. All four couch seats recline; two of them have heat and massage options. The fireplace is beautiful and heats the kitchen and living room very well without having to turn on the third furnace. The shower is spacious and has great water pressure. The half bath is great for guests or kids! It is easy to get space or alone time because it is separated by doors into three different rooms that each have their own AC/furnace. The patio is my favorite part! I watched many sunsets with friends on that patio and happily read books across from a field of cattle! So many amazing features and plenty of storage! Big pantry, two closets, and kitchen island with great sink and storage underneath! Let me know if you have any questions! There are some small scratches on the couch and lower bunk bed/couch from my cat but nothing horrible or super noticeable. The ramp and garage also look more used because I used it tow my motorcycle and house my cat.
