The good:
Perfect for 2 people, very comfortable and cozy! The bench area can be made into a full queen size sleeper. We brought our queen sized matress with us and it fit perfectly. This class B has it all; upgraded 200 Watt solar, onin generator, 200 Watt invertor, Truma heater with hot water for showers!! indoor and outdoor shower, The kitchen has: 2 burner gas stove, electric 110 refridgerator with freezer, microwave, lots of space for food storage. The bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The AC unit is awesome and can be run off of generator or plug in at an RV park. There is a nice roof mounted fan as well which runs off the solar. My wife and I have remote camped in this class B for over a week and never once ran out of power, water or food, definetly no need to go to the RV parks this vehicle is fully self sufficient. When you do go to the RV parks it has full hooks ups for power, water and sewer. I absolutely love the size of this van, at 22 feet you can park it in most all parking lots when running to town. I used it as my daily driver for a few weeks when my truck went down. The V6 has plenty of power and the 17 MPG is awesome for an RV.

The New:
Added Nerf bars to the replace the giant wing steps. I still have them if you want them. Upgraded to 200 Watts of solar. Shore batteries are only a year old. I installed a soft start to the air conditioner and a 200 watt invertor. The refridgerator has been replaced as the original Nova Kool went out and couldn't find anyone to work on it. I still have it as well.

The Bad:
Very small ding on the back door left side. The gas door that accesses to gas tank is loose. See photos for both. Also a few very minor scratches.

The Why:
We are selling because we need a larger unit, we really want to start taking our dogs. We have to giant Great Pyrenees that weigh 225 pounds combined. This van just doesn't work for them.

We are firm on the price. It is an awesome vehicle with low miles and we will wait to get our price. We're in no hurry. I mention this not to be a jerk but I just don't want to waste anyones time. Thanks for looking. I will get a video soon.
