Don't let the numbers fool you, this is a 35' RV. It has been great for our family and hopefully it can be to you too! We are selling it because we now have 4 kids and would prefer an RV with a bunkhouse floor plan. The unit is in very good condition, looks good and runs great! Low use and very low miles for it being a 2013 model. Everything works as it should. Helwig sway bars (4k upgrade) have been added so it feels nice and stable when driving. It is painted, not decals so no worry about fading. The awnings are in good condition. The only significant blemish is that the upholstery is starting to peel on the couch and passenger seat (see pics). We had it sold at 51k but buyer couldn't perform on financing. Their loss is your gain.
