It's time to UPGRADE! We are the third owner of our LTV Unity Murphy Bed model. We've owned it for 3 years this month and have added only 15k to the odometer - most recently a cross-country trip from Virginia to Santa fe, NM for my daughter's wedding. The first owner put about 45k miles on the unit. The second owner about 3k miles. And now us for 15k. We use the unit primarily for watching our kids play travel sports (#wetailgate) and weekend trips to wineries and breweries. Anyway, we are heading to Alaska and have something sweet lined up to take us there / back and are reluctantly moving on from our LTV.

This is a 10 year old unit. All maintenance records are available - but we have kept it in good shape. The tires are in like new condition. The rubber seals around the unit AND the roof seals have been replaced. Water pump replaced. Fridge serviced. Generator serviced. Slide motor replaced. Convection micro Great. We also performed the Mercedes bluetec emission warranty items which translates into new catalytic converter and muffler. It was just serviced with Mercedes about a month ago.

It is not perfect however! I have provided some photos of UV damage / peeling on front fiberglass, some dings in rear storage door and some minor paint issues. Inside, the rear sink vanity counter top edge broke clean off when a bottle-like item came out of the rear storage and hit edge of faux granite. Kitchen table wood laminate is peeling - so we purchased a table cloth for $10 since the table is not available for replacement. AC great. Heat great. Hot water great. The generator has 95 hours and the Mercedes has almost 64k. The price is FIRM and the unit is as-is. That being said it is a fantastic unit and ideal for first-timer or someone wanting to get into something and not be worried about huge depreciation and debt. The unit will be viewable AT the maintenace facility that we take her to every year and they will be able to address any issues you like. They can do a pre-purchase inspection and address any issues you like even before you come see - but it's a great unit imo.
