Newer motorhomes today are being built with much less quality materials. Although the newer models do weigh less, they wear out faster. Even the drivers seats deteriorate only after a few short years while the older models that use real leather are still like new today. The original owner only made two trips to Florida and maybe two short trips before his wife became ill and he parked it for 15+ years. When I purchased this motorhome, I had no idea what I was in for, and I am very particular about my vehicles. For the past year, I have repaired or replaced everything to get this motorhome in like new condition. Items include; New wires and spark plugs. New belts. NEW ROOF with New vents covers. Two rooftop HEAT PUMPS work great to cool or heat RV and also has gas heat with floor vents. Gone over complete chassis to fix or repair with new fuel filters. New front tires. New gas leak detector. Replaced front slide out switch. Icemaker repaired and works great. Hot water works with either gas or electricity or both. Blowup mattress in sofa bed with pump. New queen memory form mattress. Vent fans repaired with new blades. NEW PAINT on rear and around roof trim. New headlights and taillights. All other outside lights replaced with LED’s. New fog lights. New clearance lights front and rear. Washer and dryer combo hookups. Speakers thru out RV with CD changer and amp. Comes with Blue Ox towing hitch. CLEAR TITLE. Carpet in front could be replaced because of fading. Many of the items shown in the photos will come with motorhome so you will be ready to go. This includes dishes, pots and pans, bedding, pillows, and utensils. I DID NOT put satellite dish back on because I use a hot spot for TV however, it is available if you want it. I replaced the whole roof because of a small soft spot. Instead of doing a patch job, I replaced the whole roof including all new plywood. Also comes with tire covers and full rv cover for winter.
