This is a 2017 Mercedes Sprinter Van 2500 170WB 4x4. It has BFG Goodrich All Terrain Tires, high idle option, heated seats, auto headlights and wipers, trailer hitch package, and a backup camera. The gas tank has been upgraded to hold 50 gallons of diesel, and it has a PedalBox Electronic Throttle controller to allow you to prioritize fuel economy or performance. The van has recently been serviced by Mercedes and is running well.
The front captains seats swivel to face the rear, and there is a Lagoon Table System in the center for an area to relax and hang out. The interior is done with Japanese Pika Wood, and is fully insulated. The sleeping area in the back has a full size casper mattress with cubby holes along the side for storage.
There is a galley in the center with an induction stove top, hot/cold water sink, and drawers for storage. There is storage for a cassette toilet, although i’ve never used it, because there always seem to be better options outside the van. There is a Whynter 62QT Dual Zone top loading fridge/freezer.
The heating system is custom from Van Life Tech in Bend, Oregon. It uses an Esbar Heating system that bring the van to temperature quickly with air heating, and then maintains it through radiant floor heating.
There are 2 Max Air Fans, that can be run in opposite directions circulating air quickly and keeping the van cool.
There is a custom roof rack that is walkable, and a 500 watt solar panel on the roof. There are front and rear off-road lights that are extremely bright. There is a Fiamma Awning that can be deployed over the sliding door. There is a WiFi Ranger device on top that can boost nearby networks. You can also create a network by installing a sim card, or boost your cell network.
The lithium battery system is powered by the 500 watt solar, as well as a second alternator that will charge the system with driving. There is also a 120 volt plug in, but i’m not sure it is currently working.
The audio is an Alpine iLX207 Receiver with Apple CarPlay, Alpine MRV-M250 Amplifier, Alpine Type S Sub, and Kicker KSS Speakers x 4
The “garage” area is in the back under the bed. There is L-track on the floor which can be used to place fork mounts for bikes. Plenty of room for skis and gear. You could even sleep more people back there.
There are StrawFoot Insulated Magnetic window covers for all windows except the windshield. There is a Shuksan Van Overhead Cab Shelf, which is useful for convenient storage.
The van was custom built by an outfitter located in Bend, Oregon. I can register the vehicle as an RV if this helps with finances. The van has a clean title. I recently replaced the windshield from a rock that chipped it. The van is sold in the condition it is at the time of the sale.
