Selling our 2021 fleetwood discovery lxe 44b with only 7200 miles on it!
Just had a complete service done by freightliner and also had the aqua hot serviced.
The 44b bunk model has the rear bunks that give the kids there own space and privacy for the rest of the rv. Also if you don’t have kids or a need for the rear bunks the beds fold up and there is a hanger bar to make a huge walk in closet! 
Has a washer and dryer, aqua hot with heated floors. Dual Gerard awnings, heated seats,snap pads on the jacks, tpms, drop down bunk, technology package, and lots more! 
The motorhome needs absolutely nothing and runs great! Just had all the recent recalls done as well!We love this layout and it works very well for a family.
