This fifth whell is like brand new! There have been seasons we never used it. My wife is German and has never allowed me to wear shoes in the camper. We just recently had the RV upgraded at the dealership: new two seater (leather) recliner with USB and power reclining, and new sleeper. New Rhino-liner roof with lifetime warrantly (no chance of leaking, heat resistance from sun, and damage proof from low hanging trees). Dark and light shades (two types) for sheilding sun. Has bar or computer workstation. Centrol vacum and all appliances. And, a remote that operates the awning, leveling, and other things from outside. Many more amenities, but can't remember.
