304SR Camper has been parked and under shelter for several years. Some minor damage to exterior trim around bottom of slide outs. Ice maker is not working, currently. Minor issues have been repaired immediately. Washer and dryer included. Otherwise, the unit is in very good shape. The camper is parked on my daughters farm near Waco, Texas.
