Travel trailer has been kept indoors since we’ve owned it. Brand new tires to start this season (including the spare), along with a new tankless hot water heater, new power converter, and LevelMatePRO leveling system. Roof was also resealed this season. Power stabilizers are a nice upgrade in this unit. Everything works as it should. This is one of the lightest units with the separate bunkhouse room. It is half ton towable and sleeps 10. Will include the weight distribution hitch, as well as a coupler lock with purchase. This has been a great camper for our family - we are only selling as we’ve upgraded to a bigger unit.
