2022 Forrest River Cruise Lite T211SSXL Toy Hauler has a 13' garage and easy lift ramp. I added an Add-A-Wall to the back which allows you to open the ramp up and keep the bugs out. Everything is in great gently used condition. Unit was meticulously cleaned before and after each use. Has two rocker chairs and matching jacknife sofa. Sofa folds flat against the wall when hauling toys. Several tie down options on the floor. This hauler is very clean! All appliances work perfectly, hot water heater, water pump, a/c and furnace all in excellent condition. Has a three burner gas stove, oven and microwave. Trailer interior and exterior were treated with Cilajet and the warranty is transferable. Extended warranty purchased through Dennis Dillon RV is also transferable. It comes with two propane tanks and two batteries. It has manual leveling jacks. Solid step fold down steps. Walls are all in perfect condition and seam tape is all new as part of pre-winterization maintenance. Great storage in the front as well as throughout the unit. Must see to appreciate.
