it comes with a portable waste tank. The king mattress was upgraded once we purchased it. It does have washer and dryer hook ups possibilities in the master bedroom. Has indoor/outdoor shower. No tears/holes in either awning. Fireplace puts out real heat or just light option. TV included. Has so many extras. USB plug in ports by the outlets.
