Includes a working kitchen with oven/stove, sink, and refrigerator. Full size bed and plenty of drawer and closet space. Front area has fold out table and can be utilized for additional sleeping area with blow up mattress or playpen. Bathroom has composting toilet, sink, shower and closet. Updated with tile floor in bathroom, fir floor throughout and fir shelves. Fresh coat of latex paint on interior walls and cabinets. All cabinets and drawers are original. Water heats with propane for sinks and shower. Interior heating element I could not get to work but a space heater heats the space just fine in the winter. Interior ceiling in ok shape; panelling that could be replaced in time but not urgent. This unit makes a great travel trailer or an extra guest quarters on your property.
