Purchased new in Feb 2022, and used a few times throughout the summer. Loved it - great size, full amenities, really well constructed with terrific layout - but realized we want a boat for the family instead, so reluctantly selling it.

Very great layout, with LOTS of space, but able to be towed with midsized SUV - less than 5,000lbs fully loaded. Dry weight is only around 3,500 lbs.

Real, full size queen mattress, not a trailer queen which is much shorter. Everything is in near perfect condition and works perfectly. Tags good til 2024.

Great off road tires with really good ground clearance for easy boondocking, but extremely stable to tow.

Decent sized solar panel to keep the house batteries charged while off shore power.

Dual propane tanks. Fridge can use either gas or power.

Large shower, I'm 6'4" and can easily stand up to use.
